With over 15 years’ experience as a Business Manager across GP practices, medical specialists, and allied health, Tracey has a deep understanding of how clinics operate and what it takes to scale them successfully. She knows the pressures of balancing patient care with business growth—and she’s passionate about helping medical professionals find clarity in their numbers.
Her other passion is supporting e-commerce business owners. Having built and run her own successful e-commerce brand for the past seven years, she understands the many hats you wear, the fast pace of online business, and the importance of having reliable, real-time financial data.

As Partner at The Numbers Studio, Brad brings a wealth of experience in numbers, data, and reporting that goes far beyond bookkeeping. With a background in Clinical Trial Data Management, he has led international teams, ensuring accuracy and quality in highly regulated environments.
Armed with a Graduate Certificate in Data Analysis and currently completing his MBA, Brad is passionate about working with our clients to turn complex information into clear, practical insights that help business owners make smarter decisions.
His experience also spans the real estate industry, where he supported sales agents by building data-driven reports and tools to help them meet their targets. A self-confessed spreadsheet geek, Brad thrives on transforming rows of numbers into meaningful, easy-to-understand reports that bring clarity to the bigger picture.
